His dream is to become a refined business analysts for a technology company. When asked about his motivation to become a Salesforce Administrator, he shared that “I was excited about the many different ways you can navigate and manipulate Salesforce to fit the needs of a company and wanted to master this tool.” The road to the Salesforce Administration certificate was not easy for Justin. He took the test three times over a year long period. When asked about the experience, he shared that “when I first took the test, it was to see what the format was like. I thought I could memorize a lot of stuff but I quickly realized that it took more than just memory to do well. Each time I took the test, I felt closer and closer to the goal. I refused to give up. I took the test on Friday May 8th and passed the exam in 13 minutes.”
Justin is now one of two Hopeworks youth who are certified Salesforce Administrators. Justin is currently looking into the advanced administration test and also looking for full time employment opportunities in the Salesforce market. He plans to continue his education as a computer science major at Camden County College.
