Digital Storytelling: Summer 2008

Hopeworks Digital Storytelling program provides youth with an opportunity to express themselves while telling a story that is meaningful. For one week in August, six trainees worked to create their own personal films. Each youth prepared a script and then read the script to create the narration for their films. The project continued as they then chose images and music and edited them together to tell their own personal and powerful story. 	Anayeli Reza, 14 Anayeli joined our Hope Though School program while attending Penn Tech High School and has now been at Hopeworks for about 5 months. She is learning ImageReady and is close to completing the curriculum. Click here for YouTube
	Keith Shareef, 15 Keith has been at Hopeworks for only a couple of months but is working his way through the curriculum. He joined during our summer program and is continuing on through the fall while attending Camden Catholic High School. Click here for YouTube
	Vanessa Rivera, 16 Vanessa attends Camden Catholic High School and has been at Hopeworks for 9 months and is at the end of the curriculum. She is currently finishing up HTML 2 and will be moving on to completing her personal website. Click here for YouTube
	Angelo Torres, 15 Angelo has been with Hopeworks since our HTS Summer Program. He has completed Internet Basics and Photoshop. He will be moving onto HTML 1 soon while entering into his freshman year at Camden Academy Charter High School. Click here for YouTube
	Tioni Causey, 14 Tioni joined during our HTS Summer Program and will continue through the fall in our after school program during her time at Camden Academy Charter High School. She is learning HTML 1 and will be moving on to ImageReady very soon. Click here for YouTube
