Hopeworks’ unique trauma-informed approach, combined with high-demand, high-wage technical training, and paid work experience, helps young people not only get the job but keep it, transforming their lives and the lives of their families.

On average, young adults entering Hopeworks make $400 annually.

Today, we are on track to place 125 young professionals in permanent employment with an average starting wage of over $43,000 per year!

Your generosity can help young adults Recode their Future

$15 provides support of Hopeworks programs.
$30 provides a daily stipend for a young adult going through training.
$50 provides a completion stipend for a young adult passing the Job Readiness Assessment.
$100 provides transportation for a young adult to attend Hopeworks training program.
$150 provides one week of training to change the life of a young adult.

Your donation will help us continue to provide training and career mentorship, resources, and support to help more young people build strong futures.
