To provide this experience, Hopeworks runs three real businesses - providing technology solutions for businesses in web design, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and trauma training.
We help businesses achieve their goals while training and employing young professionals into high demand, high wage careers. Our young professionals work in these businesses, gaining real world experience and a living wage. In the last 12 months, Hopeworks paid over $800,000 in wages to our participants.

For employers who want to try out a Hopeworks placement before making a permanent hire, Hopeworks can place a young professional at your company. We work just like a staffing agency, but we never charge for the placement! Our goal is for our young professional to get a great job and for you to get a great employee.
