At no cost to the hiring partner, Hopeworks utilizes the companies’ curriculum to train our candidates to deliver exceptional value to the company. Hopeworks then places our candidates at the company for an initial partnership to test fit and skill.

Let Hopeworks help fill your open positions with diverse, engaged candidates.

Send Hopeworks your job requirements. We will screen our highly trained youth for candidates that are a great fit. Interview them at your site, or come to Hopeworks and interview them with us!

Customized Training Programs

Certified Medical Assistant Program
This program will prepare you to work as a Certified Medical Assistant in a physician's office, hospital, outpatient clinic, lab, or insurance company. It was designed to provide the skills necessary to perform as a clinical medical assistant, and to increase marketability by also providing administrative competencies. This program leads to 5 certifications!

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Program
The Emergency Medical Technician Training Program, a collaboration between Cooper University Health Care and Camden County College, offers a path to an exciting career in health care. The program is designed to provide the educational groundwork that will prepare students for an entry-level position in emergency medical services at the basic provider level. Students complete a required course of study at Camden County College that may include an optional 120 hours of enhanced clinical experience at Cooper.
At the end of the program, students will be able to:
Asses a patient in need of emergent medical and/or traumatic care.
Use the various equipment and tools commonly used by entry-level EMTs.
Effectively triage patients based on assessment.

American Water
Water UP! – Water Utility Pipeline – training is a paid, 11-week workforce development program for young adults, created in partnership with Hopeworks, Jingoli Construction and APEX Solutions Group. The program offers water utility and other essential business training to equip participants with the skills needed to successfully enter the industry upon graduation.

Water UP! aims to help young adults pave their career path in the water utility industry by exposing them to a multitude of skill sets including STEM lessons, customer service training, and the OSHA 30 certification. This helps participants identify their interests and strengths and will ultimately lead them to pursue their future professions.

Linode
The purpose of Linode’s Customer Support Internship program is to help provide opportunities for individuals at Hopeworks to gain valuable and practical work experience in a highly competitive (& growing) industry.

The internship program is designed to be a full-time, 6 month commitment, but we are open to making necessary adjustments for interested and qualified applicants who cannot make that commitment (as designed) work. Interns will be paid $17/hr for the duration of their internship.
