Hopeworks Interns Accept Full Time Job Offers with Akamai! 2

We are excited to announce that three of our Hopeworks young professionals who were in 6-month internships with Tech Giant, Akamai, have accepted full-time jobs! Congratulations to Ciara Williams, JoJo Nunez and Pat Ingram who will be transitioning to full-time Customer Support Specialists.

The Akamai team was so impressed with their internship performance, that when the term was nearing an end, they didn’t hesitate to make an offer. They are excited to have them onboard, and we are confident this will lead to more opportunities for future interns.

Pat Ingram, who began with minimal knowledge of Linux, highlighted how the training with Hopeworks and Akamai has catapulted her to another level.

“I am so excited to be joining Akamai full time! Prior to this internship and training, I had pretty much zero knowledge about the world of Linux and virtualization. The training with Hopeworks and Akamai prepared me to learn the basic concepts I needed to be successful at my role here. I am truly so thankful for the opportunity and can’t wait to see where my journey with Akamai takes me!”
