Angel Santana Soaring To New Heights with Full-Time Position at CDW!

Congratulations to our very own Angel Santana, who has just been hired full-time as a Small Business Account Representative by our partners at CDW! Angel has been a hardworking leader and role model ever since he joined Hopeworks. We're thrilled to witness his continued growth and success!

Angel is a first-generation college graduate who joined Hopeworks to make a pivotal change in direction for his professional journey. He is a Wesleyan University graduate with a Bachelors degree and passion for music. Angel was previously a music journalist and concert organizer and is now moving into a new chapter in life!

He says the most impactful aspects of his Hopeworks experience have been the network of support he has been able to build with participants and mentors. These connections have enriched Angel’s professional life and provided a sense of camaraderie and support that has been instrumental in his journey.

“Hopeworks has been a beacon of change in my life, offering a transformative journey that has reshaped my career trajectory. As a music major transitioning from the music industry, I was seeking a fulfilling and stable job. Through the program, I found not only a supportive community of motivated individuals but also a gateway to the tech industry, an area I had always been curious about but had never explored. The opportunities provided by Hopeworks allowed me to learn new skills, discover my passion for technology, and ultimately carve out a rewarding career path.”
