Through this program, individuals from Hopeworks were directly engaged, trained, and employed on geographic information system (GIS) projects. The expertise and resources from New Jersey American Water combined with the passion and dedication of Hopeworks have resulted in a holistic approach to empower young adults and address the workforce needs in the water utility industry.
