Chayse is Banking On Success with Truist!

Chayse McLaughlin was a freelance videographer trying to find his way through life and navigate professional endeavors when he came across the Hopeworks program.

Chayse always knew he was bright and talented, but was encountering roadblocks in life that stopped him from progressing. "The most valuable thing Hopeworks taught me was to break out of my shell and try. I applied for several jobs, took interviews I was nervous about, and networked more than I ever had before.” With the support of Hopeworks, he found himself able to break out of his shell and take on challenges he never imagined he could.

After completing his training and internship he began applying for jobs, and with his newfound confidence he sprung for jobs he wasn’t 100% qualified for. “If it wasn't for my coach Mike and the Hopeworks team encouraging me to try, then I wouldn't have started my job at Truist.”
