Trust is crucial to creating a positive working environment, says Piers Dormeyer, CEO of EagleView Technologies, a provider of aerial imagery and data analytics.
“When you focus on creating trust, you don’t have to worry about accountability measures, time in office or other arbitrary measures to ensure employees are contributing. It just happens. This is the holy grail – a culture of trust and respect is paramount for delivering innovative results for the company and for the employee,” he said in an email.
And when employees feel trusted and respected, they’ll feel even more motivated to deliver bigger results.
