Thankful for New Pathways, Full Plates, and Big Wins!

November has been a month of transformation, growth, and gratitude at Hopeworks! We’ve celebrated the placement of numerous young adults in impactful roles across various industries, including positions at Holman, Wawa, the City of Philadelphia, and beyond.

This month also marked two graduation ceremonies for our Medical Assistant and Infrastructure programs, a record-breaking turnout for our pitch competition, and continued growth in our partnerships—all testaments to the collective dedication of our team, partners, and young professionals.

One standout success story is Sincere Trusty, whose journey inspires us all. After years in retail, Sincere joined Hopeworks at the suggestion of his brother, Aaizon, who recognized the potential for transformation. During his time here, Sincere embraced the opportunity to learn critical skills, including networking, self-promotion, and professionalism

Reflecting on his experience, he shares:

"The most valuable thing I learned was how to professionally be myself in a work environment without changing my character."

Today, Sincere is thriving as a Service Coordinator with Holman. His optimism for the future is infectious:

"I hope to continue to grow in the business industry and become successful in this field. I have no doubts I will accomplish my goals because Hopeworks put me on the right path to achieve them."
