March Momentum! Hopeworks Young Adults Continue to Shine

March has been another month of remarkable accomplishments for Hopeworks young professionals and alumni!

We’re excited to celebrate the successes of:

Ana Rong, who has been hired by the Pennsylvania Convention Center in the Tech Systems Department.

Donnell Bridges, who successfully completed the RodriguezU Infrastructure Program and has been hired as a Stevedore at DRS.

Dian Pagan and Makyah Truitt, both young adults have joined Virtua Health as Registrars, embarking on promising careers in healthcare.

Nathaniel Williams, who recently earned his high school diploma—a major milestone worth celebrating!

This month, we’re shining a spotlight on Dian Pagan, whose journey demonstrates how important it is to seize the opportunity.

Before discovering Hopeworks, Dian was balancing her college studies while working at a daycare, but the schedule and pay weren’t enough to meet her needs. That’s when her older brother, Raymond Alvira, introduced her to Hopeworks and the many benefits it offers.

Hopeworks helped me personally by becoming more social and showing me what professionalism is all about. Thanks to Hopeworks, I’ve had the chance to attend important events, build my network, and share my experiences with others.

Today, Dian is stepping into her new role as a Registrar at Virtua Health, where she’s taking important steps toward her goal of securing a long-term career and building a stable future.
