25 Years of Impact & the Leaders Who Lead the Way

This September, Hopeworks will mark a milestone - 25 years of transforming lives, building futures, and opening pathways to lasting opportunity.

To honor this legacy, we are proudly recognizing five remarkable honorees whose leadership, vision, and unwavering belief in our mission have changed the course of our work and the lives of thousands of young professionals.

Chuck McLister (Elwyn) and Tom McCaully (Gray Hair Software) will receive the Visionary Changemaker Award, honoring their pivotal role in embedding trauma-informed care into the fabric of Hopeworks. Their leadership sparked a culture shift that continues to shape outcomes for our young adults today.

Dannyelle Austin (Launchpad Philly) will be honored with the Fierce Advocate Award for championing equity and cultural empowerment, and ensuring that Black and Brown young professionals could lead, thrive, and be heard.

The Campbell’s Company, our first funder, will receive the Legacy of Hope Award in recognition of their lifetime commitment to empowering young professionals and creating sustainable impact from day one.

JP Morgan Chase Foundation will be presented with the Mission Multiplier Award for their catalytic support in expanding Hopeworks into Philadelphia, bringing our model to a new city and even more young adults ready to build a brighter future.
