WE BELIEVE HOPE BELONGS TO EVERYONE!

Hopeworks and The Hummel Family Foundation announce that applications are now being accepted for the Camden Capacity Fund, a fund dedicated to helping nonprofits and small businesses in Camden get the web development, mapping and data analysis, and trauma-informed training help they need to increase their community impact. Applications will be accepted until February 28 and selected organizations will be announced in early March.

The Camden Capacity Fund aims to solve a gap in investment into smaller nonprofits in the Camden community. Hopeworks knows many of these organizations are unable to scale and grow due to outdated technologies and the lack of resources. With the support of the Hummingbird/Hummel Foundation, Hopeworks and their young professionals can help local nonprofits and small businesses build the technology they need to scale operations.

Projects that are submitted to the Camden Capacity Fund will be chosen based on community impact, internal capacity, strategy, timeline, and organization’s overall commitment to investment. For organizations not chosen, feedback will be provided by Hopeworks staff to help applicants build their application for the next round of projects.

Organizations can apply to the Camden Capacity Fund through the online portal at https://ccf.hopeworks.org/apply.
