Hopeworks 2018 Camden Code Day is Coming!

On Saturday, October 20th, Camden will once again host Camden’s Code Day, bringing together youth from across the city alongside volunteers from EPAM, Subaru, Penji, Comcast, and many others to teach Camden how to code.

This Camden Code Day is unique, in that it is the first time Hopeworks can actually host it! Thanks to all of our generous and supportive sponsors, we have adequate space to host an event like this one right in downtown Camden.

The day will include technical sessions including everything from beginners courses with Scratch to opensource and API technology, UX and UI design, and front end development. Just code, however, isn’t all. Sessions also include how to climb the career ladder in tech, critical thinking and problem solving, and how to build a career in tech!
